Hi! I'm Silvie
I was born in a small town in Germany and have lived in Los Angeles, CA since 1996.
My desire to offer assistance in difficult life circumstances is a result of my own struggles and revelations over the course of my life.
A Near Death Experience (NDE) in 2013 unraveled my previously held perception of the world and my place in it. I learned the difference between an egocentric and superficial way of living, and a spiritually grounded, compassionate and empathetic way of being in this world.
Breast cancer in 2016 further deepened my search and discovery of the purpose and gift of life, and my own place in it.
I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on the Spiritual Mind Body connection from Columbia University, NYC.
I am a certified Spiritual Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, CA.

My soul's deep desire is the work of facilitating a space for people to explore what feels authentic to them in their body and in their spirit. Finding ways to foster sustainable and a healthy relationship to our true self is vital for us all. I am a strong believer in the power of co-creation and and the power of simply being with another in presence. Through relationship to oneself and to others we can begin to discover and utilize our own purpose and power, learning to honor our gifts and talents.
What could be of greater importance than cultivating a deep connection with our heart and soul, that enables us to see beyond who we might be just on a physical superficial level.
When we learn to find peace and acceptance within our physical bodies and minds, our soul's purpose and a more authentic life begins to unfold in a beautiful way. There is an infinite sea of potentiality that exists beyond our limited perceptions of ourselves and what we believe ourselves to be. When we bring awareness to that place within us that is limitless, our view changes and we find purpose, meaning and learn to see beyond physicality.
